Hollywood Bachelorette is a delivery service for a variety of vendors that, in concert, provide the individual components that comprise a complete Hollywood Bachelorette Event. Although, Hollywood Bachelorette coordinates and facilitates all these services and products as a convenience to our direct customer, it must be made clear that no products or services originate or subsists within our registered trademark or domain. Our affiliation with any products or services listed within our website or in any other way made public is strictly on a subcontractor basis.

Child visitors are prohibited from booking events on their own and are advised that HollywoodBachelorette.com is intended for adults at least 18 years of age. If you are not 18 years of age, please leave this site immediately.

Falsification Of or Withholding Of Information Requested By Hollywood Bachelorette Hollywood Bachelorette will not be responsible for any damages or injuries, personal or financial that result from the falsification or withholding of vital information that stems from the questionnaire on the website, or any personal interviews held at any time. The information we request is paramount for the safety, comfort, and legal compliance of services and products our affiliates are asked to provide to you and your guests.

Further, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hollywood Bachelorette and their directors, officers, managers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including attorney's fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms and Conditions of Usage, or the failure to fulfill any obligations relating to your account by you or any other person using your account.

Event Booking Protocols

HollywoodBachelorette.com provides a number of concentric layers to disengage from the process of booking an event before there is any financial responsibility on the part of the customer. The following is an outline of the booking process and degrees to which we are responsible and also hold the customer responsible for financial reimbursement. HollywoodBachelorette.com will provide a free estimate for a complete, all-inclusive, prepared package, or a custom package based on specific information we request from you in the Package Questionnaires.

You must understand and acknowledge by continuing engagement of our booking protocol system that we are not guaranteeing any prices until a final copy of your itinerary along with a contract for specific services and products is produced and accepted. The initial computer generated estimate that is provided through the website is based on general information and will not be considered a final quote.

Upon receipt of your package questionnaire, a Hollywood Bachelorette Event Planner will review the information for completeness and availability of products and services. Any further questions and information we require from you will be attained in a personal or phone interview conducted by a Hollywood Bachelorette Event Planner. Upon agreement and your full consent of the parameters of your desired event, we will send you a complete itinerary of the event and a contract. It is your responsibility to review the contract and all of its Terms and Conditions, sign it and send payment for either the entire package or 30% deposit depending on time frame of booking. Your payment will cover the costs of all products, services, taxes and gratuities for the entire duration of your event, as both parties have agreed upon. (You and your guests must bring government issued valid photo identification to the event.)

At the time that Hollywood Bachelorette receives a signed contract, confirmation of payment in full for the package identified by your reservation number, and the contract has been accepted by Hollywood Bachelorette, all prices are guaranteed. An Event Planner will begin to make reservations, draw inventory, confirm all products and services, and make payment to vendors and affiliates.

Hollywood Bachelorette reserves the right to change the itinerary based on circumstances beyond our control. Examples of such circumstances include but may not be limited to: operations cannot commence due to threats to employees or property or when recommended by civil authorities; public utilities fail to supply electricity, water, or gas, or there is a failure in the public utilities or sewer system; an "act of God" (inclement weather, fire, flood, earthquake, avalanche, etc.) or some other cause not within Hollywood Bachelorette's control. If a change is required, Hollywood Bachelorette will make all effort to provide products and services listed in the final contract and itinerary that are equivalent in value.

After event takes place, photos and images will be made available to client through a private log in number and pass code. Client photos from activities will be produced and controlled by Hollywood Bachelorette.
